Homemade 10 mm sand bags and bard wire.

Making a break from painting 28 mm fantasy miniatures I made this defensive stuff for my 10 mm WWII armies.
For the sandbags I used rice and for the wire a metal thread used for making collars and bracelets.

  1. Cool stuff, they both look great. I did a similar thing for my wire, but I'm too lazy to base it. Yours looks much better!

I absolutely love the sandbags. Rice, eh? I've got plenty of that. Sounds like a lot of work though, and I'm really lazy, would rather be gaming ;)

I can't wait to see them on the table.

  2. Jack, a lazy person wouldn't play and report sooo many games as you do :)
You can see the sandbags in action in my previous BATREP. They're very easy and fast to do; just spread some white glue on top of them and add a new row of rice and repeat the process. Finally, give them a coat of diluted white glue and then paint.
    Cheers!

    1. Sure, not lazy overall, just not excited about making terrain.

Yes, I remember seeing the sandbags now, they look really good.

    Se ven mucho mejor ahora

Felicidades por la idea y el resultado

    1. Gracias Iván, pero no decías que los sacos no te convencían?
      Te deseo un buen verano.
