The Hobbit and BOFA, a small project.

Years ago I bought The Battle of Five Armies box, and after painting four units of goblins I quit because they were so many to paint. Now, with the upcoming release of the film The Hobbit I have decided to finish painting all the box on time to play BOFA the same day the film has its premiere.

So far I have all the evil forces except their commanders. Now I'll paint the Dwarfs, then the men and finally the commanders for all the forces. I do not have the Elves anymore nor Beorn, as I sold them to a friend, but I'll borrow them for the battle.

    1. Maybe GW release it again with the opening of the Hobbit but I doubt it.
More than a way to celebrate it it's a way to motivate myself to paint all that stuff :)

    1. The Hobbit is also one of my favourite books, actually I liked it more than THe Lord of the Rings as a story.
      Thank you!
